What if I don't want to take classes, can I still have an Armory membership?

Yes, with your Armory access membership you will have the option to utilize this area at your discretion during non-class hours (classes: 5:30am to 9:00am and 4:30pm to 7:00pm).

Are you literally open 24/7/365?

Yes, since 2007, the opening of our first gym, we have never shut doors. As a member you have unlimited access to fulfill your greatest potential.

Yes, $15 guest passes are available, and they must be there during staffed hours and have signed a liability waiver.

Can I buy a guest pass or multiple day passes?

Yes, we offer day passes and hole punch cards discounted for multiple days.

Yes. We have individual shower rooms that can be utilized by one person at a time.

Yes. We have day lockers where you can bring your lock, secure your items, and take with you at the end of your workout.

Do you have a dress code?

Item descriptionT-shirts, tanks, shorts, sweats, and closed toe shoes are all appropriate. Flip flops, bare feet or socks only are NOT allowed.

Can I use my personal headphones?

ABSOLUTELY! Playing music through an external speaker is NOT allowed

Do you have daycare, steam rooms/sauna/pool, basketball courts, boxing ring, etc.?

No. We love kiddos and all of these things, but we wanted to maximize the amount of square footage we have to help you best achieve your goals in the gym. We are all about them weights them weights them weights…and some cardio, but resistance training yields the greatest results for overall improved health.

What age can kids/young adults join and workout?

You must be 14 years old in order to be covered by insurance.

Why do you have cameras?

We want to ensure your safety. As a 24/7 facility we want to make sure that you are safe and secure in our training environment, that members are correctly and safely using the equipment as it was intended to be used, and that your hard-earned money used to pay for your membership isn't taken advantage of by persons who are not members utilizing the facilities.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

No, memberships are not transferable.

You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to consult with your physician regarding any food allergies that you may have, any drug interactions you may have with supplements, and to check the ingredients in all recipes presented. 3. Membership Term. Access to the site and the services is by paid booking subscription only. Except for special offers (including any Free Trial Membership offers), memberships are for a period of one to twelve months.

4. Membership Fees. Empire Gym LLC, DBA Warfighter Body Evolution and Train with Mary Cain reserve the right to change the amount it charges for memberships and to offer different price plans to different users.

5. Payment Authorization. You authorize Empire Gym, LLC, DBA Body Evolution Warfighter, Train with Mary Cain, to withdraw payment for your booking fee(s) from the credit card you identified during enrollment unless otherwise communicated with business owners, and you represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of such credit card. Upon proper notification to Empire Gym, LLC, DBA Body Evolution Warfighter, Train with Mary Cain, you have the right to have the amount of any erroneous charge or withdrawal credited to your account as soon as reasonably possible and you agree to hold Empire Gym, LLC, DBA Body Evolution Warfighter, Train with Mary Cain, harmless for all damages resulting from any wrongful debit or charge to your account. To change the credit card used for payment of your booking a new member agreement form must be submitted to Empire Gym, LLC, DBA Body Evolution Warfighter, Train with Mary Cain. In the case of more than one member agreement being submitted, the most recent agreement will supersede all previous agreements.
