Yes, we offer day passes and hole punch cards discounted for multiple days.

Yes. We have individual shower rooms that can be utilized by one person at a time.

Yes. We have day lockers where you can bring your lock, secure your items, and take with you at the end of your workout.

Do you have a dress code?

Can I use my personal headphones?

No. We love kiddos and all of these things, but we wanted to maximize the amount of square footage we have to help you best achieve your goals in the gym. What age can kids/young adults join and workout?

You must be 14 years old in order to be covered by insurance.

Why do you have cameras?

We want to ensure your safety. As a 24/7 facility we want to make sure that you are safe and secure in our training environment, that members are correctly and safely using the equipment as it was intended to be used, and that your hard-earned money used to pay for your membership isn't taken advantage of by persons who are not members utilizing the facilities.
