What if I don't want to take classes, can I still have an Armory membership?

Yes, with your Armory access membership you will have the option to utilize this area at your discretion during non-class hours (classes: 5:30am to 9:00am and 4:30pm to 7:00pm).

Are you literally open 24/7/365?

Yes, since 2007, the opening of our first gym, we have never shut doors. As a member you have unlimited access to fulfill your greatest potential.

Yes, $15 guest passes are available, and they must be there during staffed hours and have signed a liability waiver.

Can I buy a guest pass or multiple day passes?

Yes, we offer day passes and hole punch cards discounted for multiple days.

Yes. We have individual shower rooms that can be utilized by one person at a time.

Yes. We have day lockers where you can bring your lock, secure your items, and take with you at the end of your workout.

Do you have a dress code?

Item descriptionT-shirts, tanks, shorts, sweats, and closed toe shoes are all appropriate. Flip flops, bare feet or socks only are NOT allowed.

Can I use my personal headphones?

ABSOLUTELY! Playing music through an external speaker is NOT allowed

Do you have daycare, steam rooms/sauna/pool, basketball courts, boxing ring, etc.?

No. We love kiddos and all of these things, but we wanted to maximize the amount of square footage we have to help you best achieve your goals in the gym. We are all about them weights them weights them weights…and some cardio, but resistance training yields the greatest results for overall improved health.

What age can kids/young adults join and workout?

You must be 14 years old in order to be covered by insurance.

Why do you have cameras?

We want to ensure your safety. As a 24/7 facility we want to make sure that you are safe and secure in our training environment, that members are correctly and safely using the equipment as it was intended to be used, and that your hard-earned money used to pay for your membership isn't taken advantage of by persons who are not members utilizing the facilities.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

No, memberships are not transferable.

What Is It

A Strongman sanctioned event and a 2026 Nationals qualifier.

This is a fundraiser for Faith Equestrian Therapeutic Center, a premier adaptive equestrian center just outside Savannah, GA. All proceeds and donations will benefit their mission.

- Registration closes: November 29, 2025 at Iro n Podium
- Capacity is limited to 50 athletes (about 45 spots remain at time of listing)
- Spectator fee: $10 at the door; children 6 & under free

Santa's Sled Load:
Kids will put a loaded toy bag over a bar on the back of Santa's sled.
Santa's Sleigh Deadlift:
Kids will do a car deadlift with Santa's sleigh
Santa's Sleigh Pull:
Kids will strap to harnesses like reindeer and pull the sled for a set distance.
Ornament Farmers Carry:
Kids will carry kettlebells painted like Christmas ornaments for distance
Elf Press:
Kids will overhead press a barbell with small grappling dummies dressed like elves on each end for reps
Weight matrix to be updated once weights are tested and finalized.
